What Were Looking For:
MUST have SIA licence/certificates
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
Comfortable working with customers and as part of a wider team
Job Role/ Duties
Provide industry-leading, friendly customer service
Help deter crime, violence, and antisocial behaviour
Carry out regular store patrols
Use CCTV and Body Worn Video to support crime prevention
Work closely with store management teams
Liaise with Police and local crime partnerships when required
Contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all
