Sector1 Registration
If you choose to register with Sector1 it will make your job application process easier as you will benefit from many of the additional features and functions available on the site. The information you provide as part of the registration process will be used solely for this purpose. It can be used to prepopulate any job applications you wish to submit and enable you to save applications and return to them at a later stage. Registrations which are inactive for 24 months will be automatically deleted from the system along with any CVs or applications you have stored.
Job Applications
Information you supply as part of a job application will be sent electronically to the employer or accessed by them when they log in to a secure area of the site. All information you upload to Sector1 is secured using secure socket layering and fully encrypted. Your application will be available to you for a period of 24 months after which time it will be deleted from the system.
Employers are responsible for the way they handle any data you provide as part of your application. Sector1 cannot accept responsibility for the handling of your information once it has been supplied to the employer.
Employers have their own policies in place regarding the handling and use of your application information.
Electronic application data will be removed from the Sector database after 24 months and will no longer be available to the you or the employer via the secure login areas.
Sector1 Reporting and User Statistics
Sector1 uses Cookies to help give you a better user experience by recording IP addresses etc. We use cookies to help us track user behaviour on the site and report of site traffic, job views and other statistical information. This information does not identify users or include any personal information.
When someone visits www.sector1.net we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
