Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and equipment.
• Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
• Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.

What Were Looking For:

• Electrically or Mechanically qualified, to HNC level.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

Location: Easily commutable from most areas of the Northeast
