We are looking to recruit a Community Supervisor to join our team in South Tyneside where your key responsibility will be ensuring that great quality care is being delivered in the community
You`ll be managing customer quality and care in your area ensuring that the initial assessments, care plans, reviews and other quality assurance tools are implemented, monitored, and kept up to date.
You`ll also be completing regular competency checks, observations and spot checks ensuring high quality care is being delivered by the carers
Level 3 in Health and Social care is essential, previous supervisory/leadership experience would be desirable.
