Job Description

Alliance Psychological Services is an independent provider of counselling and psychological therapy services based in the Tees Valley area and working across the North-East region. We are working in partnership with Teesside Mind to deliver the Impact on Teesside service.

We are currently recruiting several Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) trainees to start the course at Teesside University in January 2026 working in our Impact on Teesside NHS Talking Therapies service. Successful candidates will be required to start in the role prior to the start of the training course to allow time to learn more about the Impact service and complete an induction period. Successful applicants will complete the Psychological Wellbeing Practice (UPCAPD or PGCert) course during their first year within the post.
