Job Description

Reporting into the Organisational Development Manager, this role is all about designing and delivering leadership development interventions, at pace, to large diverse groups across our organisation.  The successful applicant has a fundamental role in the continued success of our Organisational Development (OD) Team. Small team with a HUGE opportunity to make a significant difference.

We are looking for an individual to inspire our First-Line and Mid-Level Leaders in developing their leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours to ultimately provide a quality service to the communities we serve.
