We are looking for a Joiner (Multi Skilled) – 12 Month Fixed Term Role
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the new post of Joiner (Multi Skilled) within the Investment Team.
Here is some key information you’ll want to know right away:
- This is a fixed term role for 12 months.
- Salary is £26,375 per annum.
- Location: Newburn
- Hours: 37 Hours per week.
- Working Patterns are 8am-4pm.
- The successful applicant will be required to work throughout the North East. Which is currently Prudhoe, however we will be moving to Edmonsley and other areas within the Karbon footprint.
- Possible use of a company van.
- There may be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime.
- Generous benefits package including 26 days annual leave on commencement rising up to 31 days after 3 years’ service (pro rata) occupational pension, health cash plan, and birthday leave, with the option of a flexible pot towards enhanced benefits.
We are looking for a multi-skilled Joiner to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent investment service, delivering kitchen and bathroom upgrades on a planned basis that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
You should have completed a recognised joinery trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of joinery works to a high standard in occupied premises undertaking the installation of major components.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have experience and practical knowledge of carrying out multi-skilled works in other trades such as Plumbing, Plastering and Tiling works.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
