An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Homes Assistant, within our Homes Team.

We are looking for a Homes Team Assistant - Permanent Role

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Homes Team Assistant within the Homes Team.

This is a permanent role

Salary is GBP 20,787 per annum  

Location Gosforth

Regular travel may be required

Hours:37 Hours per week with flexi time

Working pattern Monday to Friday

The role is responsible for:

Delivering high quality, cost effective, customer focused service

Delivery of Karbon's policy and procedure in respect of empty homes management and consistent interpretation of Karbon's lettable standard to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Minimising the length of times homes are unoccupied to enable customers to move in quickly, reduce the negative impact on communities of unoccupied homes and reducerent loss.
