Job Description


An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking for a number of Electricians to join our Property Services Team, to deliver services to Karbon Homes' customers.

We are looking for multiple Electricians on a permanent basis

Here is some key information you'll want to know right away:

This is a full time permanent positions

Salary is GBP 30,498 per annum

Hours are 37 per week (Monday to Friday)

Working Patterns are 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm

The successful applicant may be required to work throughout the North East

Company van provided

The successful applicant will be required to cover out of hours standby, which attracts a standby payment

There will be an opportunity to earn additional money through overtime

The successful applicants must undertake all aspects of electrical work and be preferably experienced in all installation and maintenance work in domestic and non-domestic premises, including Mains Distribution, 3 phase and Electrical Inspection and Testing.

Proof of experience and references will be required and you should hold the relevant qualifications to include:

Time served in a recognised electrical apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 in Electrical installation/engineering work including an AM2 certificate.

City & Guilds Inspection and testing 2391 and/or 2394/5 (preferable)

City & Guilds 18thEdition IET wiring regulations 2382-10/20

A full UK driving licence is essential.
