What will you be doing?As a
Senior Capacity Planning Manager, youll play a critical strategic role in shaping how we plan and deliver our programmes across the UK. Youll lead on forward-thinking workforce and resource planningensuring we have the right capability, in the right place, at the right time to meet current and future demand. Working closely with senior operational, commercial and supply chain teams, youll turn complex data into actionable insights that support growth, efficiency and delivery excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing long-term capacity and workforce forecasts aligned to programme pipelines
- Analysing delivery volumes, labour utilisation and regional demand trends
- Identifying capacity risks, workforce gaps and supply chain constraints
- Supporting mobilisation planning for new projects and contracts
- Driving data-led decision making through use of MI, forecasting tools and reporting dashboards
- Collaborating with operational and client teams to align planning with delivery capability
- Strengthening workforce planning models to support business growth and scalability
- Improving forecasting accuracy and promoting a data-driven planning culture across the business
Youll be central to ensuring our operations remain scalable, resilient and commercially effective as we continue to grow.
What youll bringWere looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach. Youll bring:
- Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning or operational forecasting
- A background in field-based environments such as retrofit, construction, housing or utilities
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence interpreting operational and commercial data
- Experience using MI, forecasting tools or reporting systems to support decision making
- The ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational, planning and communication skills
