Mechanical Design Engineer | M&E Building Services | London | £60,000£75,000 + Hybrid WorkingThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a well-established M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial office fit-out projects across Central London, typically ranging from £100k to £2m+ in value.
Working within a fast-paced Design & Build environment, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and design development through to delivery and handover.

Known for delivering practical, buildable design solutions, they operate within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, where engineers are given real responsibility and the opportunity to see their designs delivered on site.
The RoleAs a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating mechanical building services designs, ensuring they are both technically robust and deliverable on site.
You will work closely with internal delivery teams, subcontractors, and clients, playing a key role in ensuring designs are aligned with programme, cost, and buildability requirements.
Projects typically range from small works through to larger commercial fit-out installations, generally from £100 up to £2m+ in value.

Candidates from a consultancy background will be considered, provided they are comfortable working in a fast-paced Design & Build environment and taking ownership of deliverable, buildable designs.
