Maintenance Works Coordinator (with Executive & Consular Support)
??Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Malhotra Group is looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-focused Maintenance Works Coordinator to join our Estates & Maintenance team. This role combines maintenance coordination across multiple sites with professional support to the Honorary Consul Generals Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned, reactive, and preventive maintenance across properties
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor work quality and maintain accurate records and trackers
- Support health & safety compliance and audits
- Provide executive admin support, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting prep
What Were Looking For
- Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or property management
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Confident in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
- Professional, discreet, and culturally aware
Desirable: Knowledge of UK & Indian institutional or consular environments, experience working with public bodies or diplomatic organisations.
