We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Trainer who is experienced within the field of ICT as well as digital design. In this hybrid role you will work as both an IT Trainer delivering classroom-based training for a number of Police IT systems and as part of the Digital Design team.

Within the digital team you will create visual and digital content which will include:
· Bite size videos
· Podcasts/MP3
· eLearning/immersive learning packages
· Online guides
You will blend creativity with technical skills to craft an engaging user experience.
We are looking for candidates who can design, deliver and evaluate packages, ready for face to face delivery. You will need to be a highly developed user of Microsoft Office packages such as Office 365 tools, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Alongside this, candidates will need to demonstrate working knowledge of creating e-learning, as well as being experienced with video editing and graphic design software.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy being innovative, and seek to make improvements, enhancing the professional development experience for our workforce. Although not essential it would be advantageous for candidates to possess experience of delivering ICT training within the public sector, a recognised video editing certification, and knowledge of Police IT systems.
