We are therefore recruiting a GeneralOperative for the Southam, Warwickshiresite. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor cleaning the interior and exterior, ensuring the vehicle is presentable, safe and ready fordaily operations.
Key Tasks:
- Clean bus interiors, including seats, floors, windows, handrails and driver areas.
- Wash and polish bus exteriors.
- Remove rubbish and dispose of waste properly.
- Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment and or hand tools associated with the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for compliance with company's health and safety policy and procedures.
- Undertake training or retraining associated with the post, or the introduction of the new working practices.
- Willing to train others as required.
General:
- Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain upmost level of confidentiality.
- Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
- Ensure that you treat those in a courteous and respectful manner in accordance with the Dignity at Work Procedure.
- You must comply with the no smoking policy.
Key Requirements:
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous cleaning or vehicle cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Good time management skills
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Wednesday 07:30 - 18:00
Thursday 07:30 - 17:00
