Youth Support Worker

The Junction is a respected charity working to make a difference to the lives of children young people and their families. We are proud of our reputation and believe that all of our workers are key to establishing positive relationships, building trust, self-belief, a sense of family and belonging. 

Due to a number of developments, we are recruiting within our youth service. We are seeking Youth Support Workers with experience of working within an informal environment to join our street-based team. Full training will be given but we are looking for people with experience in working with vulnerable young people to engage them in developmental opportunities.  We are looking for motivated, engaging and committed people with a passion and experience in supporting local children and young people
