Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Treasury Analyst.
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Treasury Analyst in the Strategic Finance & Treasury Team for a period of 12 months.
About the role
The Treasury Analyst will work closely with the Head of Treasury & Business planning to support the delivery of the day-to-day requirements relating to our security charging strategy. This will involve maintaining property registers, capturing data on newly developed units, arranging valuations and working with valuers, security trustees and legal advisors.
About you
We are looking to appoint a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who will be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to collaborate with other team members and the wider business to form part of an effective team. Experience of Open Housing would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Treasury Analyst – 12 month fixed term contract
- Salary is £44,753 per annum
- Location: Office based in Gosforth
- Some travel will be required
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
