The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Trainer Coach – Management, Team Leading and Business Professional  based at our Willerby Grove Campus (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a full time permanent basis working 37 hours per week. 

Main Duties of the Role:

  • Facilitate an effective and quality apprenticeship learning experience to a cohort of work-based learners in management and business standards (knowledge of Improvement Technician/Practitioner would be advantageous).
  • Coach and train apprentices in both workshop and one-to-one sessions that supports the development of new skills, knowledge and behaviours as defined within the relevant apprenticeship standard.
  • Design and implement workshop/training sessions in college or the workplace as a mandatory requirement of the off the job training
  • Monitor, review and regularly assess the progress of apprentices.

Essential Requirement:

  1. Appropriate degree or equivalent vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in their area of expertise.
  2. A1 or Assessors TAQA Award or equivalent or willing to work towards
  3. Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualifications or willing to work towards.
  4. An introductory Level 3 Teaching Qualification or willing to work towards
  5. Up to date vocational competence in area of expertise
