Job Description

Our Team Leaders co-ordinate an effective support service for adult victims of domestic abuse which is person centred and solution focussed. Identifying and managing risk will remain a high priority for Harbour and its partners but the service must be delivered in a way which is trauma informed and recognises the needs and priorities of the client and their family. We have a vacancy in our North Tyneside team with a work base in North Shields.

The post holder will need to be female* as they will be working closely with women in our refuges. We welcome applications from enthusiastic, compassionate women with experience of managing support teams working with vulnerable individuals and families.We are looking for excellent people skills, an aptitude for communication and an ability to work with initiative. Successful applicants must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
