As a result of increased demand from primary schools we support in Chesterfield, we urgently require additional, motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on both day to day and long term assignments.

One of them is currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join its hardworking Keystage 1 team, working part-time Monday to Friday. Responsibilities will include small group work and 1-2-1 interventions so may suit an experienced individual who is happy and confident taking the lead when required. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy and numeracy skills and be familiar with the more popular learning systems e.g. Phonics/Read Write Inc. and Inspire Maths/Maths Makes Sense. He/She should also live in Chesterfield or within a 10 mile radius.

Are you:
• An experienced Teaching Assistant with a Level 2/3 qualification
• Confident working in whole class, in small groups or 1-2-1
• Able to explain the complicated and make it easier to understand
• Passionate about the education of young learners
• Available for day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments
