Supporter Care Administration Volunteer
Department: Fundraising
Location: Teesside Hospice Trading Offices. 410 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6HF
Time Requirement: 1-5 day per week
DBS Check needed? No
Age Requirements: From 18 years old plus
Role Summary: The Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support, such as producing thank you letters, helping with event administration.
What we need you to do:
Assist with the production of thank you letters to our supporters. Taking post to Post Office, when appropriate.
Assist with preparation for events as required.
Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members. Communicating when not able to attend a shift.
What you need to bring to the role:
Ability to work in a team
Good attention to detail
Good Microsoft Office skills

Your first line of support and for any enquiries will be Supporter Care to support you in your role.
Communications:
Supporter care will regularly provide you with any information updates, training opportunities and upcoming events appropriate to your role.
