About you

Are you a problem solver who prides themselves on their attention to detail? Do you consider yourself to be highly organised and able to multi task? If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our ranks.

Working independently, and as part of a team, you will support the wider finance department on a daily basis, processing sales invoices and credit notes, allocating receipts and ensuring debts are collected. Please note, professional experience within a finance department is essential for the role.


For more than 40 years we’ve led the way in providing autism-specific care and education for children, young people, and adults across the North-East of England.

This role is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020. As such it will be necessary for a enhanced Disclosure submission to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
