Job Description

Our Registry department plays a crucial role in managing student records, administering examinations, supporting enrolment processes and ensuring the smooth operation of academic administration. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Registry Administration Assistant to join our team and contribute to the efficient running of our department.

As a Registry Administration Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the Registry department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of student records and academic data. You will assist with a variety of tasks including the input and amendment of student and course data, dealing with register queries, exam administration and invigilating and filing/archiving of documents.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 Administration qualification or other relevant Level 2 qualification.

Applicants will also have a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an office environment and experience of using ICT systems and data input.

This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
