Due to continued expansion and internal promotions, we require a Full Time Accounts Administrator.
TFS are a local company specialising in all areas of Fire Safety, Security, CCTV and Door Access; Design, Installation & Maintenance of all Life Safety systems and we are seeking to employ an intelligent, confident and customer focused Accounts Administrator to work as part of our dedicated team.
This will require a good telephone manner with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and actioning telephone calls.
- Scheduling call outs and liaising with the engineers.
- Checking and processing supplier’s invoices.
- Creating customer invoices and credit control.
- Checking supplier statements.
- Creating reports for management and working on the company CRM system.
Job Skills
- You will have experience of working with multiple IT systems (Outlook, Microsoft, CRM Systems and a good knowledge of Accounting software).
- You will be organised, pro-active and have great administration and communication skills.
- You will work as a team and have experience of working to targets, both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Producing monthly and daily invoices within agreed time frames.
- Experience invoicing.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Desirable but not essential:
- A driving license is desirable due to the location of the business. There are limited bus routes.
- Holds or working towards AAT.
- Experience of assisting with key accounts.
Other Administrative duties include, but not limited to:
- Answer the office phones and dealing with general enquiries.
- Using our CRM system.
- Creating POs and tracking PO statuses and communicating issues to the relevant stakeholder.
- Conducting periodic reports & analysing ongoing works.
