Job Description

Nepacs has been supporting people affected by the criminal justice system for over 140

years. As part of our innovative Re:Settle project, we’re recruiting a Family Intervention

Worker to support individuals convicted of sexual harm offences and their families before

and after release from custody.

You’ll provide one-to-one support, help families rebuild relationships, offer practical

guidance in the community, and work closely with prison staff, probation services and

volunteers.

We’re looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable people (ideally in

criminal justice or social care), excellent communication and IT skills, strong safeguarding

knowledge, and confidence working in complex situations.
