About the role
Due to huge growth within the Construction department, we are recruiting an Industry placement specialist who will continuously seek and develop effective business relationships to ensure meaningful employer involvement in all aspects of the curriculum, in liaison with EPNE employer engagement. By doing this they will engage with regional employers to secure high quality work experience / industry placements for all our eligible students across the department. The candidate will then liaise with curriculum staff and students to ensure they are fully prepared and that the placements are tracked and logged effectively.
About the Candidate
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills who will be able to create new industry relationships, strengthen existing ones and effectively liaise with all stakeholders to ensure students are placed in high quality industry placements and that the experience is positive for everyone involved. The candidate will need to possess strong time-management, organisational inter-personnel skills. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be able to drive and have their own transport.
