Castles & Coasts Housing Association is currently looking to recruit a permanent, Independent Living Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant, 30 hours per week based in Whitehaven/Workington, with a salary of £17,317 - £21,011 per annum (pro-rata).

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Independent Living Team at CCHA. As a Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant you will have the opportunity to support the delivery of a customer focussed service to Independent Living (IL) residents, which supports their wellbeing, community, and security

CCHA have recently undertaken a review of our sheltered housing services, which is now known as Independent Living to better reflect the schemes and services we offer our residents. As part of that change the traditional Scheme Officer job title has been renamed to Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant to better reflect the role.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Independent Living Team as we develop and improve services. We are looking to recruit someone with passion, understanding and a desire to keep our residents safe by looking after their wellbeing and ensuring we comply with our regulatory compliance obligations.

If you like what you’ve read, and you would like the opportunity to join the CCHA Team, please complete our application process, telling us how you feel you can add value and dynamism to our team.  If you choose to apply, and are successful, you will be rewarded on all levels - a great place to work, a great place to live and a great team of people to work with.

If you are looking to make a real difference to the service we provide to our residents, then please click the apply button on the vacancy listing on our website.
