We are looking for an ICT Business Support Specialist.
The post holder will be accountable for delivering front line ICT support at all operational sites. They will perform documented ICT processes including supply and configuration of equipment, managing user profiles, offering advice on ICT solution use and act as a first line support to initial service desk incidents. They will act as positive members of the ICT team, providing the highest possible standard of service to customers.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
A strong record of demonstrable achievement in service delivery of customer focused ICT support services
Comprehensive working knowledge of the ICT systems used within the group
Understanding of ICT and Data Protection governance practices and issues
Relevant ICT qualification, or equivalent work experience

This is a permanent role
37 hours per week
Salary is GBP 22,440
Location - Gosforth
Travel will be a requirement of the role

The role will provide first line ICT support to colleagues across Karbon Homes and to other organisations through our cost sharing vehicle arrangement.
You will be expected to diagnose and resolve incidents where possible and liaise with second line support when necessary.
You will be primarily based at our Headquarters in Gosforth but you will also be required to attend our Stanley office to provide support. You will also be required to attend other sites across the North East to resolve incidents when they require a site visit.
Our Service Desk team are also given the opportunity to work with our second line support teams to provide support on project work.
