Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced generalist HR Business Partner to join our vibrant HR team in delivering a high quality advisory service to managers at all organisational levels. If you are looking for an interim role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment then we would welcome an application from you.

Centrally located in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, as an established HR professional you will cover all aspects of HR including recruitment, absence management, employee relations and case management, and supporting key project work.

Ideal candidates will thrive under pressure and enjoy managing multiple priorities along with having strong experience of working in a generalist HR advisory role. You will be CIPD qualified with strong employee relations skills, credible and with the ability to coach and influence managers through HR related processes, casework and policy interpretation. Experience of using iTrent HR & Payroll Systems would be beneficial, but not essential.
