Job Description

A fantastic apprentice opportunity is available within the Parks and Open Spaces department based at Carlton Forest, Hundred Acre Lane for an enthusiastic individual who wishes to pursue a career in Grounds Maintenance. This position is based in a positive working environment with the opportunity to work on a wide variety of Horticultural tasks whilst studying for a Level 2 apprenticeship in Horticulture at Sheffield College.

 You must have:-

·         A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade 4-9/ A* - C including English and Maths (or other relevant equivalent qualifications)

·        An interest in developing a career in Horticulture

·        Be motivated and enthusiastic

·         The ability to work effectively in a team

·         Excellent timekeeping
