Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to provide a professional, confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative service.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be the first point of contact for the executive team, providing administration support and diary management to the CEO and Director of Nursing and Quality.

You will provide advice and guidance and administrative and organisational support to the Senior Management Team, along with the Trust board on governance, and procedural matters. Preparing for and administrating meetings, allowing the board to make effective use of their time and focus on strategic matters will contribute towards the efficient and effective functioning of the Organisation.
