As our Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping our future, working alongside our CEO to lead strategic initiatives, secure funding, and build powerful partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in the nonprofit, charity, or public sector.
Expertise in bid writing and securing funding.
Passion for environmental sustainability and / or community development.
Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.

Location: Hybrid (Teesside-based)
Contract: 2-year fixed term (37.5 hours per week)
