Job Description

We are seeking two highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who will be responsible for supporting the Hospitality Coordinator, Chef Trainer and Sous Chef, providing a high-quality front of house service in the McIntyre Centre.

You will be part of an exciting new team creating a vibrant hospitality and catering training venue in the heart of the town centre, delivering a professional and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

The candidate we are looking for is a dedicated professional with meticulous attention to detail, who can create a positive welcoming environment for customers. They will have experience in front of house service and have a passion for training others to achieve their high standards.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 2 qualification and Level 2 Food Safety

certificate (to be achieved within 6 weeks). It is desirable that the candidate will also possess a Level 2 Introduction to the Hospitality Industry, IT qualification, Level 2 Equality & Diversity and First Aid qualification.

Applicants will have proven experience of delivering high-quality customer service and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
