About the role

EPNE Training is the adult skills training arm of Education Partnership North East (EPNE), responsible for the delivery of the adult skills curriculum in response to regional employer and industry skills demand. Delivering a proactive, and high-quality response to strategic priorities, industry and workforce needs in the North East and Tees Valley all year round. 

Business Development Managers (BDM) play a key role in engaging with employers, providing information & advice, and proposing training solutions to meet the growing skills deficit. The role is key to increasing Business to Business activities across the North East and Tees Valley..

About you

The ideal candidates must be proactive and a self-starter. Experienced in training/adult skills either through traditional FE or Independent Training Providers, ideally with a knowledge of the range funding schemes (Adult Skills Fund, Skills Bootcamps and small interventions such as UKSPF).
