Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Assistant Extra Care Scheme Coordinator/Activities Coordinator
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Assistant Extra Care Scheme Coordinator/Activities Coordinator in the Supported Housing Services Team. Supporting customers to enable them to live independently in their own homes and give them the opportunities and tools to thrive.
About the role
To work alongside the Extra Care Scheme Coordinator in the running of the scheme, providing cover for holiday and other absences. To facilitate and enable a range of activities within Karbon’s extra care schemes, supported housing schemes, meeting the needs and aspirations of residents, promoting independence, reducing social isolation, improve wellbeing, physical health and mental good health
About you
We are looking for an outgoing, passionate, and ideas-focused individual. You should be comfortable leading and facilitating group activities, be a real team player, and be prepared to assist in delivering excellent building/housing management functions while developing a thriving activities programme

- Assistant Extra Care Scheme Coordinator/Activities Coordinator - permanent role
- Salary is £25,944 per annum
- Location: Weavers Court, Extra Care Scheme, Alnwick, Northumberland
- Occasional travel will be required to cover sickness/holidays at our other existing extra care schemes.
