We are currently working with an Alternative Provision setting in the Darlington area to recruit qualified, experienced Teaching Assistants.

We are seeking to appoint caring, enthusiastic and well-experienced individuals to work within a challenging but rewarding setting to support pupils who struggle within mainstream education!

Successful candidates must be flexible in their approach to teaching and have previous experience in working students who have struggles in education.

Personality and creativity are essential attributes whilst being able to maintain a calm, patient, empathetic but resilient manner is also necessary to achieve progress with the children.

As a smaller independent specialist, we offer those seeking supply work a refreshing change to some of the larger national agencies. All positions are subject to qualifications, references and enhanced DBS checks.
