We are recruiting for an Administrator to work as part of a team to provide a high quality, professional administrative service to our busy teams. The postholder will have a main work base in Hartlepool.
The postholder will provide wide ranging administrative support including:-
· dealing with calls and emails from staff/clients across our offices, refuges and dispersed properties relating to a wide variety of administrative tasks;
· supporting the Maintenance team, providing administration for maintenance activities across our sites, including logging repairs, organising schedules, ordering consumables, arranging collections and deliveries;
· creating, maintaining and updating databases, including for repairs and maintenance and PAT testing records;
· providing ad-hoc cover for other team members to cover peaks in workload and periods of absence eg holidays;
We welcome applications from enthusiastic, compassionate individuals, with prior work experience in an administration role.
We are looking for excellent people skills; someone who is well organised, is able to work with minimal supervision, acts upon their own initiative and has an excellent attention to detail.
We are happy to be flexible about when the hours are worked.
