We have a vacancy for Full time, Part-time and bank outreach workers, to work with children, young people, and adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, challenging behaviour on our Outreach team.

We're looking for experienced and passionate individuals, with proven experience of helping to support, develop and progress children, young people and adults with autism to fulfil their full potential.
To be considered for this role you must possess the following personal attributes, skills, qualifications and experience:
An ability to manage ambiguity
Agility to adapt to changing individual needs
An ability to build rapport & trust quickly with the individual and their families
An ability to communicate effectively
An openness and optimistic outlook towards change
An ability to perform in situations of high pressure, showing not only theoretical understanding but also ‘real-life’ understanding of both autism and behavioural difficulties including challenging behaviour.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience developing and supporting children, young people and adults with an ASD
Full comprehension of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) information and protocol, as well as all safeguarding issues.
An aptitude to work in partnership with a number of professionals, as well as parents
Responsibility for being a champion and advocate for Include ‘In’ Autism ensuring positive personal communication to all stakeholders.
Responsibility for the timely completion of Daily logs and progress sheets
Responsibility for collecting individuals from their home address and dropping them off at home

A satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check.
Verification of all listed qualifications
Proof of vehicular business insurance
Proof of a valid driving license
Access to a personal, roadworthy vehicle
Personal mobile phone, to use for business communication
