Learning and Development Business Partner Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne (Ref; 14049) Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Starting Salary £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, with the potential of rising to £39,000 subject to performance So who is Home Group? Our surplus is growing us to enable us to grow too, to support the needs of future customers and clients About the role The Learning & Development Business Partner will work collaboratively to support the organisation in ensuring all colleagues have the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary to deliver our business strategy and enable growth. The successful candidate will take a partnering approach and provide expertise in the areas of learning and development applying the cycle of: ? Identification of learning and development needs ? Analysis ? Formulation of solutions ? Implementation and monitoring of solutions ? Evaluation of outcomes and establishing Return on Investment This is a highly flexible, generalist role and will require the post-holder to work across the business (including national travel of at least 4 overnight stays per month) communicating effectively with colleagues of all levels and building and maintaining highly effective relationships with stakeholders. This role requires an individual with an energised, creative and solutions-focused approach to ensure service is delivered in a manner that supports our values of accountable, commercial, caring and energised.
