About the role 

We have a Support Worker – Level 1 vacancy available within our Easington Homestay service, you will work as part of a team to deliver support to our clients in their own homes around the Easington area.

Working with families and individuals you will provide person centred outreach support, assisting them with practical tasks to achieve their support plans and personal goals and encouraging independent living. 

Who we’re looking for

With a genuine passion for working with people to make positive and lasting change, you will have good communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate, encourage and support clients in developing daily living skills. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and autism is desirable. And experience of delivering person centred support in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. 

Any offer of employment will be subject to a DBS disclosure, costs of which will be met by Home Group Ltd.
