About the service

Our Administration team, as first point of contact, play a pivotal role for the delivery of our front line services across our 4 Scottish offices. The Senior Administration Team Lead will co-ordinate with their team to ensure a high level quality service is provided to external customers and internal colleagues.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Administration Team Leader to manage our Scotland wide admin team in the delivery of a proactive administration and customer reception service across a number of locations and functions. Your duties will include, setting direction to your team through the allocation of tasks and objectives, producing reports, researching information and providing a proactive secretarial and administrative service to our Senior Leaders.

You will also be responsible for facilities management across all Scottish locations and this will include responsibility for setting and managing office budgets.

You will act as a role model and source of specialist advice to your team, taking proactive steps to resolving problems and seeking continuous improvements in service delivery.

Who we're looking for

To succeed in this role you will have significant experience in managing and leading a team in the delivery of business objectives, along with providing senior level administrative support. Ideally you will have Working knowledge of housing be a Competent IT user with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks. You will have budgetary experience and the ability to work in busy environment. If you have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and driving service improvements then we would love to hear from you.

As part of the role you will be required to travel and work from our offices in Dundee, Dumfries, Edinburgh and Glasgow and you therefore must hold a full current driving licence and have access to a car.
