Starting Salary £13,000 - £14,000 with the potential of rising to £18,000 depending on performance, salary based on part time hours £8,667 - £10,267 per annum

Opportunity

You will be providing a housing management support role in the East of Cornwall for various properties managed by Stonham and as part of a wider housing management team for the county. The role will involve considerable travel for which

You will be collecting, recording and banking rents; managing day to day property repairs; routine inspections of services / rooms; setting up, managing and ending tenancies with colleagues and senior Housing Management staff, supporting work on arrears management etc.

You will work alongside project support staff and other Housing Management colleagues to ensure the condition, safety, maintenance and use of our properties is maximised and maintained.

You will need to be confident using computers and programmes like Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience of using a tenancy management programme would be advantageous, although a full induction and training will be provided in the use of our system.

As this role does involve considerable travel travelling across different services across East Cornwall, mileage will be paid dependant on the successful candidate's base location etc.

Any offer of employment is subject to DBS clearance, the costs of which will be met by Home Group Limited.
