Facility Supervisors (X 2)

 About the challenge:

Blyth Valley Arts and Leisure are looking to recruit two Part Time Facility Supervisors to work at the Sporting Club of Blyth. The site is a dual use dry facility, based upon the site of The Blyth School and managed in partnership with the school. The Facility Supervisors will be responsible for running the centres on a day to day basis, reporting to the Facilities Manager (Blyth). You need to be well organised under pressure, brimming with self motivation, confident in using your initiative and possess high levels of interpersonal and communication skills. You will be the integral cog of our operations for this facility, working to meet the needs of the surrounding local communities.

About you:

In order to take the centres forward you will need:

 -     To be highly self-motivated to achieve challenging targets and meticulous standards.

-     Experience at Senior Leisure Attendant or Supervisory level in a sports facility.

-     A leisure related qualification.

-     Excellent time and project management skills.

-     Excellent leadership and advanced people management skills.

-     To be flexible.

-     Advanced levels of IT skills.
