80 New Sunderland Jobs Being Created

Sector1 were delighted to read on Bdaily that a new care home in Sunderland is underway and when complete the £10 million investment will create accommodation for 75 residents and create 80 new jobs in Sunderland.  Charity Abbeyfield is working in partnership with Sunderland Council and Tyneside building contractor Tolent.   Older people’s charity Abbeyfield came up with the idea for the innovative development that will provide  affordable one and two bedroom flats for rent that offer independent living for older people with a range of additional support and care services.
