Due to growing student numbers, were expanding our team. Were looking for a skilled and motivatedElectrical Installation professionalto join us in delivering high-quality teaching, training and assessment across Levels 12.

Whether you already have experience in lecturing or are looking for a career change or new challenge, we can support you to transition into teaching. Prior teaching experience is not essential.

About the Role

You will:

• Teach and assess learners inElectrical Installation(practical and theory)
• Deliver units such asAC theory, single/three-phase systems, and18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Create engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and learning materials
• Support learners to ensureretention, progression and achievement
• Provide tutorial support and guidance on academic, personal and welfare matters
• Work collaboratively within course teams and contribute to curriculum development
• Participate in exams, marking, employer engagement and parent liaison

What Youll Need

• Strong, up-to-date knowledge ofElectrical Installation (up to Level 3)
• Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting learners
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
• Ability to work effectively, safely and professionally in workshop and classroom environments
