What You'll Do:

As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:

Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.

• Providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing store environment.
• Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
