About Oaklea Grange School

Oaklea Grange School, located just outside Wrexham, is an Independent Special School offering placements for pupils aged 11–18. We provide a specialist, nurturing and caring environment where pupils who have often experienced disrupted or unsuccessful educational journeys can thrive, feel safe and achieve their full potential. We take pride in ensuring every pupil is Valued, Challenged and Inspired, academically, socially and emotionally.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Headteacher who can:

• lead with vision, purpose and integrity
• drive high-quality, creative teaching and learning
• motivate and develop a dedicated staff team
• build strong partnerships with parents, carers and professionals
• secure positive outcomes for all pupils

You will lead a school with:

• small class sizes and high staffing ratios
