We are recruiting a Poultry Operative / Egg Collector to support a well-established farm in the Belford area. This role begins as holiday and absence cover, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollecting eggs throughout the day
Maintaining high hygiene and biosecurity standards
Ensuring the welfare and wellbeing of the poultry
Supporting general farm tasks as required
Previous poultry or farm experience preferred, but not essential
OR a genuine interest in poultry work and willingness to learn
Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in an agricultural environment
Own transport is required due to rural location and shift times
Opportunity to move into a permanent role
Supportive farm team and full training provided
