An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Prevention Command as a Crime Prevention Coordinator based at Middlesbrough HQ.
In this role you will be able to make a real difference to the communities of Cleveland focusing on crime prevention and reduction.
We are seeking candidates who possess a problem solving approach, as you will play an integral role in achieving long term sustainable solutions to crime and disorder issues and problems. Candidates with a track record of working effectively with partner agencies will excel in this post as you will work closely with local authorities and other statutory and voluntary agencies.
We will need someone who is passionate and dedicated and can convey this when delivering advice and presentations. In post you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance around Safeguarding, Multi agency risk management and problem solving issues.
You will need to be an excellent communicator who can make sound and effective decisions. Experience of dealing effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally as well as an ability to carry out risk assessments in a crime prevention setting is also required.
