Job Description

Cleveland Police is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead the PVP Support. Team

This is a challenging but rewarding role, where you will ensure the effective delivery of a high quality support / enabling service to all of the Protecting Vulnerable People Teams, including Child Abuse, Vulnerable Adults, Domestic Abuse and the Complex Exploitation Team.

You will develop, lead, evolve and motivate the PVP support team, attend multi agency and management team meetings contributing to strategic decision making, being reliant to identify and manage risk and safeguarding issues.

Experience of risk management and safeguarding is essential, as well as the ability to organise and motivate staff, plan and prioritise resources in order to meet demand, and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and our partners.
