Job Description

Location: Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland, Cleveland Police Central HQ, Hemlington, Middlesbrough (with flexibility for some home working)

If you love analysing complex data across a range of organisations and want to help make Cleveland a safer place, you could be our new Performance Analyst!

You will develop, implement and maintain performance monitoring processes for the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Police and Crime Plan, to ensure it makes an impact on crime and community safety.

You will work with partners to provide high-quality analytical support to PCC-led partnerships, such as the Cleveland Criminal Justice Board.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in analytical techniques and comprehensive knowledge of software skills in spreadsheets and databases.

You will be confident in working with others to produce and present clear yet comprehensive reports explaining performance and making recommendations on findings.

Through your data analysis, the PCC and partners will be able to make better informed decisions in order to make Cleveland safer.
